CUSTOM ARTWORk:

1. As the artist/creator, I reserve copyright for all 
my artwork.
 
As a client/commissioner, you also hold full rights of
ownership of any art you've commissioned from me. These
rights are leased to you for personal use, allowing you to
do with it what you will (i.e. print it on a t-shirt, vinyl stickers,
wallpapers, social media icons/banners, etc.) in a personal sphere.
 
This lease of client's/commissioner's rights can be revoked at any
time if you, the client/commissioner, violate any the following
conditions:

  - You, the client/commissioner, must not label the commissioned
    artwork as your own product,

  - You, the client/commissioner, must comply with
    my requests as the artist to give credit to me if
    so requested, 

  - You, the client/commissioner, must not
    sell the artwork to another individual
    without my written consent.

  - You, the client/commissioner, must not
    trace the artwork for your own
    personal gains, or post any such
    artwork that was created using the
    traced art.
 
Violating these conditions will void all
ownership rights that you, the
client/commissioner, obtained
upon purchase of the artwork.
 
As the artist, I do value the right to
sell and use custom artworks in
products and marketing for my
services; However, you, the
client/commissioner, hold the rights
to deny my use of the commissioned
artwork(s), that you paid for, in this way so
long as you do not violate the conditions for
maintaining ownership of those rights.
 
 
2. I reserve the right to deny my services to anyone. If
the potential or current client is commissioning from me
erotic content, the client must be 18 years of age or older,
regardless if any local law allows a younger age of consent in your
region.


3. All artwork, both traditional and digital, must be paid for in full
before receiving the final piece. If the full payment has not bee
received after 30 days upon the artwork's completion date, I reserve
the right to alter and then re-sell the artwork's contents to another
buyer. I will not sell original content to another buyer if it contains
characters or content that belong to the original client. (i.e. Original
characters, designs, stencils, etc...)


4. As the artist, I reserve the right to reject specific content. This
includes, but is not limited to content that contains:

  - Underage erotica
  - Exposed female reproductive organs
  - Extreme violence
  - Derogatory/racist content
  - Anti-religious themes
  - Hate speech/xenophobic themes
  - Anti-LGBTQA+ themes

(If you wish to receive this sort of content from me, then you're S.O.L;
please find another artist)


5. I do not offer refunds for completed artwork. I do offer partial
refunds for incomplete artwork. If I have not yet started the commission,
the client/commissioner will receive a full refund for the commission
upon request. I also reserve the right to cancel, at anytime, any commission
that I choose. If I do so, the client will receive a full refund despite any
progress made unless an agreement was made beforehand.


6. I refuse to alter or re-work another artist's creations. This includes, but is not limited to:

  - Colour-correction
  - Background removal
  - Re-proportioning
  - Adding/removing content, such as patterns or other details
  - Removing signatures
  - Completing sketches

7. I waive all responsibility to any influence that my artwork may have on the client/commissioner.


PHYSICAL MERCHANDISE:

1. As the artist/creator, I reserve copyright for all my artwork. As a client/customer, you hold full rights of ownership of any physical merchandise (not the artwork depicted) that you've purchased from me.

2. I reserve the right to refuse a sale to anyone. If an individual is to purchase from me physical merchandise featuring mature or erotic content, that individual must be 18 years of age or older, regardless if local law allows a younger age of consent. in purchasing physical merchandise from me that features mature or erotic content, you are by default consenting to these conditions. 

3. All physical merchandise must be paid for in full prior to delivery or reception. If full payment has not been received, I reserve the right to deny the delivery or reception of the physical merchandise in question.

4. I do not offer refunds for physical merchandise that has been damaged or used after delivery or reception. if requested of me, I reserve the right to grant or withhold reimbursement for any undamaged physical merchandise as I see fit. 

5. I waive all responsibility to any influence that my artwork may have on the client/customer.
